20. Oct 2025
18.00 – 20.30

Objects and images carry stories from the past – sometimes they mirror our own narratives, other times they spark entirely new ones. In this workshop, participants will be invited to bring seemingly inanimate objects to life through writing.

The evening begins with a short guided tour by the museum’s researcher in historical archaeology, Anatolijs Venovcevs, who will present a small selection of intriguing objects from the exhibition. Using these artefacts as inspiration, Clara will lead participants through a series of writing exercises, conversations, and creative tasks designed to open up the imagination and explore the stories that objects may hold.

Who can join?
The workshop is open to anyone over the age of 12. It will be conducted in English, but participants are free to write in any language. Please bring your own laptop or favourite writing materials.
Maximum 12 participants – registration through Artica.
